i had this part time job for 3 days as Yeos Promoter.
here is my "booth"
so every morning i go over to the 7-11 and move the cartons out and stack them and arrange them and stand there for 7hrs and pray time pass faster and work ends.


the deal was 2 bottles of yeos chrysanthemum and/or lemon barley for 2.50$ and buy four will get a mini recycling bag.


however it is not really a offer, cause 7-11 sells things much more exp. so it isnt an easy task.


so i kept repeating yeos promotion... blah blah... 2 for 2.50$ ... blah blah... buy four free recycling bag.


first two days was okay cause the bag makes things easier for me.


but i ask the in-charge to bring more bags over, it dint happened. at the same time, yesterday i had the wrong food and had diarrhea. so i need  the toilet. the one in the 7-11 was a squatting one and no toilet paper. can u understand the agony of a person having diarrhea??


so in the end i called my boss and the yeos in-charge and went to doctor.


here the unfortunate part. the bloody doctor in yishun charge me 30$ for consultation .... @&$^$%@&$^@ THAT MY ENTIRE DAY PAY!! SIGH


but the best part i like about this job is able to interact with the aunties and uncles, working in stalls around me and those who goes market. they are really really nice people, also i met a ntu-fellow-student, she also very nice, offer to lend me a chair to rest and buy me hot drinks when i am really feeling unwell. all in all there are really nice people around, whom work very hard to support themselves and their family... hope life will be kinder and easier for them.
